IBRA 2028 is a full FIP World Exhibition with every competition class, held 26-29 October 2028 at the Ulm Exhibition Centre in southern Germany. It is organised by the Federation of German Philatelists (BDPh) with the Southwest German Stamp Collectors' Association.
Around 2,000 to 2,400 frames are planned, together with an international stamp fair of about 80 dealers, working groups and clubs. The exhibition hotel, the Maritim (280 rooms), is a few minutes' walk from the grounds and hosts the awards gala and the FIP Congress. Ulm is 150 km from Munich Airport, with organised transfers for jurors and commissioners.
