How bidding works
Sign in
Active members and registered hobbyists may bid. You get a bidder number for each session.
Choose a lot
Every lot shows its photos, details, opening price and closing time.
Bid or set your maximum
Bid the minimum, or set the most you would pay and the system bids for you.
Watch it close
Prices, the leading bidder number and the countdown update live on the page.
Win and get your invoice
When the session ends you receive one invoice for all your lots.
Pay and collect
Pay from your balance or by bank transfer, then collect or ask for shipping.
The rules in short
Opening price
Each lot has an opening price shown to everyone. There is no hidden reserve: the first bid at the opening price takes the lot unless someone bids higher.
Bid steps
A bid must be at least the current price plus one step. The step grows with the price: AED 5 under 100, 10 up to 500, 25 up to 1,000, 50 up to 5,000, and 100 above.
Maximum price
Set the most you would pay. The system raises your bid by one step only when someone bids against you. If two maximums are equal, the earlier one wins.
Soft close
A bid in the last minute of a lot moves that lot's closing time to one minute after the bid, so nobody is outbid at the last second.
Your limit
A member may have up to AED 100,000 in lots they lead or have won and not yet paid; a hobbyist up to AED 10,000. Ask for a higher limit from your dashboard.
Paying
The buyer commission is added to the price. Pay within 7 days from your site balance, by bank transfer, or both. Unpaid invoices are cancelled and bidding is paused for that account.
Hand in material
Hand it in
Members hand over stamps, covers and books to the association, which registers them in the system.
We list it as a lot
Staff check each piece, agree the opening price with you and set the seller commission.
To your balance
When the buyer has paid, the price less the seller commission goes to your site balance.
