International Mother’s Day Since the founding of the United Arab Emirates, Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bin Mubarak, Chairperson of Family Development Foundation, President of General Women’s Association and Chairperson of Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, has dedicated herself to the service of the UAE society, by supporting various cultural, social and political development initiatives. Thanks to her efforts, the march of women’s progress has been characterized by UAE women achieving a balance between different elements of modern development preserving the teachings of the Islamic religion and authentic Arab traditions, while remaining true to their primary task responsibility towards family and children. Size: 40 x 40 mm in sheets of 12 stamps.
