It has been one year since H.H. Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, issued a decree in the 29 th , May, 2001 stipulating the establishment of Emirates Postal Corporation (Emirates Post). This turnaround was mainly targeted at introducing state-of-the-art high-level products that would cope with competitive commercial standards. The corporation has been exerting tremendous efforts to develop and create innovative high-quality services and to sign agreements with global postal corporations and multi-national companies operating in the UAE. To ensure longevity and productivity, EP is prioritizing first and foremost boosting strategic postal operations to not only meet today’s needs, but also to acquire tomorrow’s aspirations. With a worldwide network, sophisticated communication services and teamwork staff, the corporation has proven a high stature among the public. Today, the corporation is having a bird’s eye survey on another phase of a new vision to keep up with this era’s requirements, cover the competitive market, and to meet customers’ anticipations.
