The objectives of the Rehabilitation Handicapped Center in Abu Dhabi appear in rendering medical, psychological, social, cultural and educational services to the handicapped. This will help our children with special needs overcome their disablement and easily participate in the production and social activities. Emirates Post has always been actively supporting this section to develop its capabilities and explore its creativities and make it more independent. Emirates Post is striving to achieve these objectives through organizing exhibitions and issuing postage stamps that depict their paintings. To this end, Emirates Post has selected these paintings of our children with special needs during the activities of "Millennium Child" exhibition. The exhibition was held in the Cultural Foundation in Abu Dhabi from 11th to 14th February 2001.
