The United Nations has designated June 26th as an International Day against Drug use and illicit trafficking to emphasize the importance of combating the growing menace of Drug on Human's health and well being. Building on guidance of His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan based on intensifying punishment on Drug crimes to deter the traffickers, traders and users of this serious Danger, the U.A.E. has utilized all its security ,health, cultural and social organizations to combat Drugs which threaten Human's life and stability and safety of society. Therefore, the government has inflicted severe punishment on those who use and spread this poison that pushes man to the depth of disgrace and makes him lose his dignity and position in society divesting him of all standards of value, in addition to suffering from diseases that affect his nervous and psychological system and his health in general. The General Postal Authority in the United Arab Emirates, participating in a warning of Drug damages, is issuing a set of stamps in two denominations (Fils 50 & Dhs 3 ).
