The FEPA Congress is the yearly meeting of the Federation of European Philatelic Associations, a continental federation of national philatelic federations. In 2026 it takes place in Rome on the last morning of ITALIA 2026, on 18 October from 10:00 to 13:00, in the Paolo Vaccari Room of the Villa Eur Parco dei Pini hotel.
The Congress is to approve amendments to the FEPA Regulations for Exhibitions (FREGEX) that add three levels of FEPA promotion: Patronage for continental exhibitions with at least 1,200 frames, Specialised Patronage for exhibitions on one field such as ITALIA 2026, and Recognition for national exhibitions with international participation.
The days before the Congress carry the FEPA Board meeting on 15 October and the FEPA seminars on 16 October.
