FIFA Club World Cup – Abu Dhabi 2009

 

The United Arab Emirates is hosting the FIFA World Cup-Abu Dhabi 2009. It is one of the most important football tournaments in the world. It gives the UAE youth an opportunity to acquire and expand their experience in hosting and organizing the world championships. It will also be a special event to watch, as some of the strongest clubs in the world will compete. This event will enhance efforts to develop football in the region.

Seven of the top world clubs will participate in the tournament representing all continents, and thus the championship will create an atmosphere of a passion and competition. Football fans will get enjoy some wonderful football matches. 

The games of the Club World Cup will be held in Abu Dhabi from 9 – 19 December 2009 at Zayed Sport City Stadium, which is considered the biggest stadium in Abu Dhabi with a capacity of 50,000 spectators, and Mohammed Bin Zayed Stadium with a capacity of 42,000 spectators.
