The United Arab Emirates celebrates its National Day on 2nd December every year. The efforts of the Late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founder and architect of the United Arab Emirates and his Brothers, Supreme Council Members of the Emirates, were crowned with the establishment of the United Arab Emirates on 2nd December, 1971.
The Federation represents an embodiment of the wishes and aspirations of the UAE people. It played a major role in building a free, generous, strong, proud and dignified society, as well as laying the foundation for a bright future, governed by justice and truth. This made it a pioneer and a model of Arab unity.
Not resting on the laurels of the dynamic achievements of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan – President of UAE is determined to take the country and its people to greater heights.
